Returns & Refunds

Non-Member Return Charge:$10

We have no time limit on returns.
We will gladly refund any items in original condition with tags and accompanied by a receipt/packing slip.

To initiate a return, please complete these steps:

  1. Login to your account at the top-right of our page
  2. Go to your account and click on account under the billing section
  3. Click on purchases and then purchase history on the left menu
  4. Choose your return from the list of orders
  5. Click the request a return button
  6. Select your item (if order contains multiple items) and select a reason for return
  7. Click the submit request button
  8. Within 1 business day, you will receive an email from Fedex with a link to your return label
  9. Please include a copy of the receipt. If you require an exchange, we ask that you include a note explaining what you would like to exchange
  10. Print return label, attach to package, and drop off at your nearest Fedex dropoff location

Once we receive your return/exchange, allow 3-5 business days for your refund to process.
