We have no time limit on returns.

We will gladly refund any items in original condition with tags and accompanied by a receipt/packing slip.

Please add a note with your order number (e.g., SO1234) and let us know if it's a return or exchange.

Once we receive your return/exchange, allow 3–5 business days for your refund to process.
Products that are special orders, customized, personalized, or made to order are final sale and not returnable.
Refunds are for the cost of products only. Shipping fees are not included. Customers are expected to pay for return freight.
