Returns & Refunds
We have no time limit on returns.
We will gladly refund any items in original condition with tags and accompanied by a receipt/packing slip.
To initiate a return, please complete these steps:
- Login to your account at the top-right of our page
- Go to your account and click on account under the billing section
- Click on purchases and then purchase history on the left menu
- Choose your return from the list of orders
- Click the request a return button
- Select your item (if order contains multiple items) and select a reason for return
- Click the submit request button
- Within 1 business day, you will receive an email from UPS with a link to your return label
- Please include a copy of the receipt. If you require an exchange, we ask that you include a note explaining what you would like to exchange
- Print return label, attach to package, and drop off at your nearest UPS dropoff location
Once we receive your return/exchange, allow 3-5 business days for your refund to process.
