We have no time limit on returns.
We will gladly refund any items in original condition with tags and accompanied by a receipt/packing slip.

How to do a return

Step 1

Fill out your information to retrieve the return shipping label(s).

Step 2

Print out return shipping label and package your items.

Step 3

Drop your package off at your nearest Fedex dropoff location.


ADDITIONAL RETURN INFORMATION

•You will need your order number (eg. SO1234) found on your order confirmation.

•Please include a note if it's an exchange.

•You will shortly receive an email with a shipping label attached. Please be sure to check spam/junk folder.

•Once we receive your return/exchange, allow 3-5 business days for your refund to process.

  1. Login to your account at the top-right of our page
  2. Go to your account and click on account under the billing section
  3. Click on purchases and then purchase history on the left menu
  4. Choose your return from the list of orders
  5. Click the request a return button
  6. Select your item (if order contains multiple items) and select a reason for return
  7. Click the submit request button
  8. Within 1 business day, you will receive an email from Fedex with a link to your return label
  9. Please include a copy of the receipt. If you require an exchange, we ask that you include a note explaining what you would like to exchange
  10. Print return label, attach to package, and drop off at your nearest Fedex dropoff location

Once we receive your return/exchange, allow 3-5 business days for your refund to process.
