COVID-19 Updates




The Nassau Street store will reopen on 6/15/20. The store hours will be from 10 am – 6 pm Sunday through Saturday. To best protect our customers and staff we will sanitize high touch points every hour. Face coverings will be required for all customers and staff. Our fitting rooms will be open, any clothes that have been tried on or returned will be placed in a holding area for 24 hours before it is placed back onto the sales floor. In addition, the fitting rooms will be wiped down after every use. To better maintain social distancing, we are asking customers to enter through our entrance at 114 Nassau Street and exit through our doors at 116 Nassau Street. We will continue to provide curbside and in-store pickup to fit all our customer needs and preferences.

The University Place Campus Store is open for business 10 am-6 pm Sunday through Saturday to serve our students and community, with a commitment to the health of our staff and customers. To help ensure your health and safety, we have increased the frequency of the cleaning our stores and offices, including, but not limited to, hourly sanitation of all doors and door knobs, banisters, counter tops, in-store point-of-sale stations, and credit card machines. Shopping baskets are wiped down after each use. Throughout the store we have floor signs to create a one-way flow of traffic through the aisles and to remind customers to practice social distancing. At point-of-sale we are only using two registers to keep a safe distance between associates and customers. Both entrance ways are equipped with hand sanitation stations for our customers. Every Wednesday we reserve the 10 am-11 am hour for our seniors & at-risk citizens.

We accept and encourage Apple Pay and Google Pay at both stores to facilitate contactless payment.
