Shipping Policy
For orders shipping in the continental US/Alaska/Hawaii
All orders will ship UPS. We offer the following shipping options:
- UPS Ground
- UPS 2nd Day Air
- UPS Next Day Air
Please provide us with a street address for shipping. UPS does not ship to PO Box addresses.
Shipping cost will be available through the Shipping Cost Estimator on the shopping bag page and on the checkout page.
For orders shipping to an international destination
All orders will ship UPS. We offer the following shipping option:

Please note:
Princeton University Store is not responsible for any Duty, VAT or additional taxes that may be charged after the sale. These additional charges may be charged when you pick up the item at customs or during delivery. It is the sole responsibility of the international customer to check local regulations when buying exported goods. These fees are NOT INCLUDED in any product or shipping charges.
Incorrect Shipping Address
If a package is undeliverable or if an address correction is needed due to a customer error, the customer will be responsible for all incurred fees. UPS currently charges $11 for an address correction, which includes issues with the incorrect zip code, missing apartment number, etc. Please be sure to provide an accurate ship to address when placing your order.
All orders ship next business day
Orders must be placed before 11:59pm (EST)
Orders must be placed before 11:59pm (EST) on Thursday for Saturday delivery
Please note: some countries may apply additional customs fees - these are not included in this charge

Pick Up at Store Option
All online orders can be designated for in- store pick. Orders are to be picked up from our Nassau Street location at 114-116 Nassau Street . An e-mail confirming your order has been processed will be generated once your order has been packed and is ready for pick -up. For pick up please ask at the cash wrap.
