I bought an XL for my mom and it definitely is more like a regular size large. Order up a size or two if u want it baggy. No stretch; stiff.

Unlike most T-shirts, this one has almost no stretch at all. They also run a little small. I'm a size 8, 5'6" and 140 lbs., and the large is snug. That aside, it's a cute shirt. I have it in black and orange.
